Did anyone else here see the old episode of Man Vs. Food where Youk was at the Eagle Deli in Cleveland Circle while there was a challenge going? I believe that he white shirt and tie on and sunglasses on his bald head. H just sat there noshin away. Youk is one of my all-time favorite Sox players.

Swihart's optimal value may be as a catcher but that supposes that a team needs a catcher more than a very athletic and speedy hitter at any other position. Unfortunately the Sox appear to not have that need.
