    Yeah, I'd say my Spurs fan part has a right to be upset, but my Heat hater part not so much. For what it's worth I thought the Heat were the best team in the league going into the season and LeBron has certainly changed his earlier career conceptions of not being clutch. The Heat were clutch (albeit lucky too)

    The Red Sox can lose every game for the rest of the season and I wouldn't be as pissed off as I am now.

    I wouldn't criticize them for not signing Ramirez. I just think it'd be funny. I miss the guy. That said I was nightmares of him playing for the Yankees back when he was in his prime in Boston.

    Unless you're a Spurs fan. This was the single worst series I have ever seen. If you asked me what the worst possible outcome for the season would be, it would be Miami beating the Spurs in 7 games. This is equivalent to Aaron Boone's HR in 2003 for me.

    The Spurs had game 6 too and lost it. Miami didn't win the title, the Spurs lost it. That was giftwrapped. The worst part is that Miami is going to celebrate like they did something and they weren't just handed a series. And the fans are going to act like hot s*** because they had a mediocre team and signed the best player in the NBA and another top 10 player (something any team can do) and won games.

    f*** the Heat, f*** the majority of bandwagon Heat fans, f*** basketball, f*** God, f*** my luck, f*** my karma, f*** eyyrebody and eyyrethang. I'm done watching basketball. Basketball is now in 4th place behind hockey imo. Not even the Bruins winning the cup would salvage my favorite team losing to the team I hate the most. Oh and f*** the Heat.

    I think the majority of us are on the "keep Andrew Bailey from closing" bandwagon, but that's not the same bandwagon as the "let's spend money and prospects to get Papelbon" bandwagon.

    That's an understatement, Koji has one of the best K/BB ratios I have ever seen. The guy can clearly pitch.

    The only one I really blame Farrell on was when he took Doubront out and Bailey gave up a homer on the first batter. In this case it was against the middle/bottom of Detroit's order in a spacious park so I don't blame him for going with Bailey here. That said he should definitely be relegated to set up and someone like Tazawa or Uehara should be given a chance to close.

    It's so weird that now I don't get Sox games but I get Yankee games and Mets games. (I just moved from CT to NY this afternoon)

    I remember when he was going to be the next Mark Reynolds with his strikeouts and once he gets traded he's amazing. Hell he even beat us with his pitching once.

    On the bright side, with the way teams are scoring I doubt OT will last very long shall it get there.

    Papelbon just blew a save so the Phillies/Nats are in extras. This pleases me.

    3-1 Hawks, just a horrible sports night. Eh I'm still way more worried about tomorrow nights NBA finals than I am about the baseball regular season or the NHL Finals.

    You worked at ESPN? I had an offer from them a few years ago but I turned it down to move up to NH to take a financial planning job.
