    Chase Anderson! The big dog! I got a kick out of this line from his wikipedia entry: "This consistent pitching approach has caused Anderson trouble, as his propensity for throwing fastballs down the middle of the plate has led to too many home runs by opposing batters." He led the league in HR's allowed in 2018, but has been lucky so far with the Sox.

    His defense is ok, but he takes some unnecessary risks and doesn't have a great arm and below average speed for RF (see Booser's first appearance).

    And his FIP is close to what it was in previous years. I'm not saying that Bailey hasn't figured something out, just that he's really a lower tier starter than we really want pitching the rest of the year. If he came in and got blown out, but his FIP was lower, I'd note that too.
