  1. Unclutch. Pass.
  2. @itsbrianbarrett Houck Monday Start 8 Ks (26% strikeout rate) 0 walks 46 swings 18 whiffs (11 w/the sweeper) 39.1% whiff rate Previous 8 starts (Min 150 plate appearances) *108 qualifiers 10.8% walk rate - 101st 13.3% strikeout rate - 107th 19.9% whiff rate - 94th If Houck has turned a corner, it could be good news for the rest of the season!
  3. Casas tends to be a slow starter. The extended time in WOO seems to have helped fix that.
  4. Per Statcast: Abreu - 5th best OF arm in MLB Ceddanne - 20th best arm in MLB Duran - 66th best arm in MLB Not sure why you'd waste Abreu in LF?
  5. Sox will be "candidates" for most of the pitchers on the market but will be mysteriously outbid each time.
  6. Flaherty is fine. I'd just say don't get your hopes up.
  7. Hahahaha…. Full throttle
  8. Burnes interest kings!
  9. I’m more than ok with it.
  10. Mueller only had 7 PA’s hitting 9th in 2003 when he won the batting title.
  11. Rafaela is a better CFer than Duran and a mediocre SS. KC won a WS by having an OF with 3 CFers.
  12. Cornerstone until he leaves in a few years.
  13. We aren’t employed by the Sox. We can talk about crazy stuff and debate the merits.
  14. Hamilton
  15. Great series win. Assumed game 3 was in the L column at the start.
  16. Bailey screwed him up and the Garcia learned to tune him out!!!
  17. Criswell was good early on, but he has not pitched well lately. It looked like it would be rough early on today.
  18. @alexspeier With Kenley Jansen down today after back-to-back appearances on Monday and Tuesday, Cora said he was hoping for at least 5 innings from Criswell, with Josh Winckowski available for multiple innings behind him. Criswell is at 71 pitches through 4 innings of one-run ball. Somehow, we might get there.
  19. After getting his first k of the game, Criswell falls apart.
  20. @itsbrianbarrett Raffy Career v. Astros Prior to today 32-146 (.219) - 2nd worst against AL teams .260 OBP - worst against AL teams .377 SLG - worst against AL teams .636 OPS - worst against AL teams

  22. Wong: 557 OPS since Aug 3rd The dog days are getting to him.
