They are actively making the team worse, but some people are lapping it up. I don't get it.

Yeah, he got mixed messaging. THE STAR PLAYER OF THE TEAM WAS GIVEN MIXED MESSAGING. Fire Breslow for being inept. They've punted on the season, but some posters are happy about it because a player who didn't smile enough was traded.

    I'm hearing that he didn't...

When Nomar was traded THEY GOT REAL PLAYERS BACK.

Every team wants Skenes. Sox aren't getting him.

The poor attitude that no player in the dugout had an issue with? The poor attitude that still kept the Sox towards the top of the fWAR standings in batting. I guess it just rubbed off on the starting pitching, eh?

Devers is happy now and Red Sox are worse off. Congrats?
  8. mvp 78
No, the trade was a salary dump so that Breslow could lick his wounds because he doesn't know how to talk to people. 🤐
  9. mvp 78
I don't think his parents could call him a top shelf pitcher.

Jordan Hicks: reclamation project Harrison: former top prospect who has done very little in 3 MLB stints (4 seam only) Bello: complex league lottery ticket Tibbs: poor man's Triston Casas

Sox took the very first offer they got and shipped him out of town. So smart! 🙃

Saying that "they won't earn their contract" is ridiculous at this point. People were saying that when Betts signed his deal with the Dodgers and his contract now looks like a steal. Devers deal looks cheap compared to what Vlad signed for. I'd rather have Vlad than Devers 100%. Soto signed for 700M! Devers contract is half of that, but we're worried that his contract is "underwater." Total BS.

I hope he balls out and improves his trade value.

Lack of smiling? Are you serious?
  15. mvp 78
Breslow is incapable of having a normal conversation with someone. This org is toast until he is gone.
  16. mvp 78
    No.
  17. mvp 78
But they were going to spend 700M on Soro for sure!
  18. mvp 78
    So?

“Trading Mookie allows us to keep Xander and Raffy!” ☠️
  21. mvp 78
The return is what gets Breslow fired.
  22. mvp 78
    Wild
  23. mvp 78
Bregman covers Raffy’s bat? Does he get to hit twice in the order now?
  24. mvp 78
That’s not what he said though.

Bad communication from Sox to Devers. Pathetic.
