  1. Idk... You didn't like Hanley at 1b for a while there...
  2. Hate the game, not the fat!
  3. Tell him he was an idiot for putting him in LF in the first place.
  4. You are correct. I failed to update.
  5. Nobody listens to me.
  6. Watch where you use those trigger words, sir...
  7. You're posting this nonsense in the wrong thread
  8. John Heyman "Pablo sandoval has lower back stiffness, and may have an mri taken tomorrow to be sure it's nothing more than strained"
  9. Mike Trout? I think he's overrated! Pablo? He's not that fat. There's just more of him to love! Carl Everett? Maybe dinosaurs really didn't exist! The 2000 Red Sox? They were a lovable bunch! Favorite team ever! Calvin Schiraldi? You know, if it wasn't for him, they probably wouldn't have made it to the WS anyway! It's time to give him our gratitude! Don Zimmer? He just had wonderfully chubby cheeks. Should totally be in the Sox HOF! Wally Wave? Greatest move by NESN since Sox Appeal (totally underrated show IMO)! Mickey Rivers? He was just a great competitor! Ted Williams' son? He was protecting Ted's legacy! Great guy!
  10. Well it's a good thing they have no rookie catchers to worry about at the moment.
  11. I think they give Swihart the chance to learn how to be a professional catcher. If that doesn't work out, then they move him to 3b or elsewhere.
  12. Travis Shaw is too good of a prospect for Dojji to like. He's more of a Josh Ockimey guy. Loves the deep cuts.
  13. No reason to have Hannigan and a healthy Vazquez on the same roster since they have the exact same skill set and can't play on the field at the same time.
  14. My guess is that since Cleveland asked about him specifically, that they have a much higher opinion of Castillo than you do. However, I'm sure you're much better at talent evaluation than anyone in the Cleveland organization who gets paid to do that for a living.
  15. It's just common sense. He may be able to still hit, but the bigger he gets, the worse his fielding will be.
  16. Depends on your definition of "very much." A number 5-6 starter or quality bullpen arm should be an even trade.
  17. There is no roster crunch at catcher. Vazquez is coming back from injury and will start in AAA. When he's ready, he'll be called up. If Swihart starts the season the way he ended last season, he'll stick around. If he struggles, he'll go back down to AAA. When Vazquez is healthy and Swihart shows he's ready to stay in Boston, Hannigan is traded.
  18. When there are unused options, there is no crunch.
  19. If the Sox don't eat any cash, I'm ok with it.
  20. Maybe he just needs someone to rub his swollen feet? That will make it all better, right?
  21. I believe this was originally written to be a haiku.
  22. Honestly, I can't trust him because he has a tribal tramp stamp.
  23. Damn, roster crunch...
  24. I was told there would be more cushion for the pushin? Did the cushion not help in this case? Jacko, thoughts?
  25. I just don't understand someone who has an attitude of "you'll never convince me." So what's the point then? Why even come here if you don't want to hear or consider opposing viewpoints?
