    @TomCaron Remember: in August and again this winter it was Dr. Andrews who advised Sale NOT to undergo surgery. Last month Sale said the doctor told him “You’ll be all right. Throw some PRP in that thing.” They followed that course of action, but now Sale still feels soreness. Is Caron inferring that's not the case?

    Very bold. I think it's more likely they extend him than let him go after one year. Most of the moves Bloom has made were directed by Henry. No way they could throw Bloom under the bus without giving him a real shot at forming his own team. They gave Ben quite a few years to hang himself.

    @jcmccaffrey The Red Sox have gotten the opinion of the MRI from Dr. Andrews but will be seeking opinion from another arm specialist Dr. ElAttrache. Should have that within the next day or so What does Dr Andrews know anyway???

    My reasoning: 1. Sox are going nowhere this year so the starters don't matter. 2. Eovaldi is a massive injury risk and more likely to be dead money on CBT than producing on the field.
