It must be fun to nitpick stats to fit your agenda. He brings up JBJ hitting .200, but ignores the .400 OBP, OPS over 1.000 and fantastic defense throughout the playoffs. Red Sox likely don't beat Astros without JBJ.
And Swihart still isn’t catching, on a team with one of the worst catching situations in league. He wouldn’t be helping Red Sox by playing a corner OF position.
If those two idiots are getting a lot of work, it’s either good news, or really bad news. Keep pitching them till their arms fall off and save the arms of actually valuable relievers
I think Brewer should go first. I think Thornburg at least has potential, but Brewer just straight up sucks. I'd be willing to give Thornburg a little longer leash, but if he doesn't show anything by June, we can get rid of him.
