    Dude it's an absolute classic. The older baseball movies are by far the best, My must see list in no order, Major league(If you like this one then the 2nd becomes a good watch, don't hold the 3rd one against the previous 2) Field of Dreams Sandlot A League of their own The Natural Bull Durham(yes Kevin Costner was once a good actor and made was part of some of the best baseball movies ever)

    Never seen Major League?!?! That should be an automatic ban... It's just wrong on so many levels... I'm in another country and everyone of my ball players has seen that movie... For future reference, never admit this to anyone while watching a baseball game, you will probably get nutted

    Seriously, it went up and they won, you really don't get the whole mojo thing? There was a time if I hadn't put that up already my inbox would be filled telling me to hurry up and get it on here. I suggest sucking it up until the mojo has ended

    This is what I see happening in the next couple months for the Yanks. Yanks continue to struggle and it becomes a media frenzy while YS becomes a ghost town. They sign Cano to an extension by mid May and that distracts the fan base for about a week before panic and ridicule set back in. At this point some of the injured players are starting to return but it may not be enough so they will go out and get Either from the Dodgers and a SP before the TDL ends. This "splash" will be enough to placate some of the fans and get some butts back in the seats.

    The Yankees did what they always do, they tried to catch lightning in a bottle with "names" instead of trying to catch lightning in a bottle with guys from the system you haven't heard much about. There is no other explanation. It's very simple.

    I agree dojji, need to see how he responds to a slump and if he can make the proper adjustments. I'd like to see him stay in there but letting Drew play and build his trade value will help the club too. Drew could be the best SS available later in the season and the Sox could turn him into a good prospect or two.
