    Let Beltre walk. He has been great this season. Even better then I estimated he would be. But I don't like him long term. Collect the picks and look elsewhere for a CIF.

    Kalish will not rot on the bench for the Red Sox starting out next season. If he's there, he's playing. If he's not playing he will be in AAA continuing his development.

    I like the move. A Delgado/Lowell in some sort of a platoon at 1B isn't a bad stopgap for the remainder of the season. Delgado>Ortiz at 1B. Delgado has played at least average at 1B. Ortiz hasn't seen consistent at 1B in... well never.

    Really? A s***** season? It seems to be falling right into a "Drew" type year. His OBP is down because he is K-ing more and walking less. Other then that everything seems normal to me from looking at the stats.

    I find it hard to believe Nava or Reddick already on the 40 man roster. Not saying I wouldn't like to see the kid get a chance though. He's been solid all season.

    They're going with what they have. Maybe a small piece here and there. But nothing Major. People just need to understand this. As for the BP. What about Nate Robertson as a Lefty specialist? His numbers vs LHH are decent.

    Yes and you definately don't want those to back to back then. Or is someone else hitting 3rd? Ya I tend to agree with you there. Gardner should be the lead off hitter. But I guess if it ain't broke don't fix it.

    I wouldn't want Berkman clogging the bases in the #2 spot. I have read his right knee still isn't 100%. So he's not exactly light of foot. All in all it's good pick up for the Yankees. Glad to see they sent something back. My mind was blown when I read the Astros weren't getting anything back lol.
