I think Morris has probably been their best or 2nd best defenseman....the guy who I am continuously impressed with, and whose game is really maturing, is Mark Stuart. Really think he's come into his own quite nicely. Wideman, Hunwick, and Ference have been atrocious this season, however, which could also explain a lot of the shortcomings that both goaltenders have had to this point. Ryder hasn't potted as many goals as I would have liked to have seen to this point but his two-way game has been just fine...the points will come. Sturm and Recchi have been far worse. They simply have to tread water until Lucic and Savard come back.

Thomas played OK the other night but let his typical softies in Other than that I'm hard pressed to find any game where Thomas has played well.

Thomas has played superb? I must have missed it... And Ryder's probably been the 3rd best offensive player behind Bergeron and Krecji. Recchi and Sturm have been invisible and Wheeler inconsistent. Hopefully Sobotka and Marchand continue to play well.

Quite frankly, Dojji, it's becoming clear that you are nt as bothered by others posting styles as you mention, otherwise you wouldn't resort to those tactics. Arguing is one thing but dropping smug comments and then backing away is no way to conduct them. No one is saying don't stand up for yourself, ut dropping lines like "I just HAVE to respond to this lunacy" isn't going to get anyone anywhere.

Dojji, you really need to stop with the smug comments, they are becoming painful to read and are only going to lead to more arguments and fights. Let's try to tone down the supposed intellectual superiority you think you have over others on this board. As for the topic, in a decision between Kapler and Winn, I'll take Reddick.
