cox and torre are the best managers in the game.....any manager that can take that many rookies and lead them to another division title is a great manager. so what if he has won only 1 world series. there was only 1 time in the world series where his team lost where they were probably favored and that was in 1996 to the yankees. they were not favored against the twins, blue jays, or yankees in 1999. what he has done in atlanta is incredible and in my book is better than LaRussa will ever be. i always believed that LaRussa was very overrated as a manager as he micromanages a game at times. -
Juan Gone had one at-bat last yr....he can't stay healthy. his career is basically over

cox is better than La Russa.....no one has had more talented teams than La Russa and only won 1 title. his A's teams should have never lost to the Dodgers or Cincy. -
if we get .275 out of loretta that would be a huge disappointment.

graffanino will be traded if they can find someone to take him. he is not beating out any of the infielders for a job. the red sox would best be served if they dealt him for a low level prospect.

192 wins with the red sox along with 3 of his cy youngs and his 1986 AL MVP. he will go in the hall of fame with boston. -
i couldn't remember if they played 82 games or alittle more...but the bruins need as many wins when they come back as possible and they need to get healthy ASAP.

another bruins loss tonight....thomas first real bad game since he took over....6 goals he let up before raycroft replaced him in a 6-5 loss.

it all depends on what teams have pitchers injured in spring training......hopefully the dodgers do and they would be willing to fork over a good prospect or 2.

bad contract.....he is not as good as the money he will make. the habs would have been better off giving that money to someone else.
