    We know that Boggs is an extreme OCD case. He probably never takes off the ring, and it is also a safe bet that he ate chicken yesterday.

    So he can hit the ball pretty hard if he gets the barrel on a good fastball. That is his ceiling. We know that he doesn't get the barrel on pitches in enough ABs. Do we really need average exit velocity to tell us that?
