Ausmus going to KRod for a 4 out save.

It would be nice to have Chris Young to hit against this guy.

I like Five Guys. It beats BK by a mile.

or a hit! Sandy keeps on hitting!
-
We need a break.

There didn't seem to be any negative carryover from his terrible start. It looks like he shook that one off.

Are you still at the game?

Clay wants to lock in Pomeranz's first loss.

Clay is warming. Yay! We get to see the 2 bastards on the same night.
-
I don't mind Joe Kelly cursing at the top of his lungs after he has messed up as long as he doesn't mind the fans with/at him at the top of their lungs.
-
Farrell can be spiteful like that.
-
Kelly can hit 100 mph on the gun but unfortunately he wears his IQ on his back.

We are.

LOL! The last couple of weeks I have alternated between 1st and 4th place.

Kids today!

This could be his last inning. We might see Kelly next inning. The fans in the Monster seats might see a lot of action before the night is over.

Did you have to do this after we lectured Thunder?

Tonight Pomeranz looks like the guy that i have been following in SD.

2016 Trade and Roster Move Speculation thread
a700hitter replied to Dojji's topic in Boston Red Sox Talk
Just my opinion, but i would never do it -- never trade an everyday star ballplayer for a pitcher. -
Teams with a big market and resources of the Cubs and the Red Sox should never have to do a full tear down and rebuild.
-
Then you read me wrong. i would like the idea of getting Chapman if I were a Cubs fan, but it was an obvious overpay. Theo is a terrible negotiator. The deal for Kimbrel was for 3 years -- not a 2 month rental -- and you thought that was an overpay. How would compare the 2 moves?

Especially after the 2 last place finishes and a 5th place finish (thanks to the Astros being in the NL). He managed to lose 101 games in one of the years. In the Cubs long rotten history, they had lost 100 + games only 2 other times -- 1962 and 1966. In the three year stretch, from 2012 -2014, the Cubs lost 286 games -- more than any other 3 year period in their history.
