The inning started with an error and then we got a DP ball from there slow-footed catcher but we are over shifting on him with no one on the right side of the infield.

We should have battered Hamel at home. The guy stinks. Our offense is not showing signs of life beyond Nunez and Devers. XB really needs to hit the bench for 3 or 4 games to clear his head after removing it from his ass.

I hate the shift with 2 strikes. If the guys are in their normal positions, that was a double play ball. I don't blame Barnes on that. He destroyed him in that AB and he was lucky to make contact. We had our guys positioned wrong.

The most impressive thing about Pom is how tough he gets when working his way out of trouble. He has a knack for getting the big strikeout with a man on third base or the big DP ball with men on first and second.

As Cain approached 3rd base, the KC coach could be heard screaming, "Stay on the Bag." Butterworth is like a mute out there. I never hear him screaming and often he doesn't even direct traffic with his hands.
