    The Best player in that whole list for me is Mookie and he was a 5th round pick. The rest of the long list is not very impressive at all, especially the 1st rounders after 2005.

    LOL!! He also couldn't see balls in the dirt when he was catching. I remember one game where the ball was under him and he was spinning like a top looking for it as the runners were running around the bases. LOL!!! I thought I was having a nightmare.

    There is some hotel near the Tampa ballpark that is known for ghost sightings and Salty says that he has had 2 sightings at that hotel.

    That run should not be an earned run. The runner was on his way back to 3rd until Moreland threw the ball away. Why was Moreland looking back the runner instead of concentrating on getting the DP?

    Bogaerts is not in Sweeney's class in that regard. Sweeney is a big guy about 6'4' qbout 230. Yet, he went something like 600 ABs without a HR.

    Moreland runs the bases like a moron. The minute that Souza released the ball Moreland and Butter should have known that it was airmailed and he could have walked to 3B.

    The game plan for Boom Boom Porcello to win is the same as it has always been -- allow no more than 1 Porcello or 2 solo Porcellos.

    Lovullo was not even the interim manager. He had no official title. There are many bad managers, probably most. Where he stacks up in that pile of stink doesn't matter much to me. He still stinks.

    Maybe, but Farrell's record was his record. You can't give him credit for what they did under Lovullo.
