How the hell do errors have anything to do with the manager? There's no way you can blame Tito. Yes he took too long getting Boomer out of the game but if he would have got the job done you wouldn't be saying what you are now. Look Stern was the fastest guy on the bench and it was a tie game. It's what your supposed to do. -

I really wish the stros had gone out and got a bat at the deadline. They have the best pitching staff in baseball. Clemens, Oswalt, Pettite, and then Lidge closing the door. I guess without the bat they still have a very good chance. I've probably seen Biggio and Bagwell, live, more times than I've seen anyone else. I grew up watching them, and although I hated them for a while, I really want to see them get a championship, and I think this will be Bagwell's last year ... if he even comes back. Biggio may play forever.

It's not just that he regained his power at 34, it's that he regained his power mid season. Like I said before you can ask any player in any sport ... Day 1 of the season is the strongest and most healthy you are going to be for the entire season. The second you step on the field your ability starts the diminish. Players may get hotter in the latter months, but they certainly do not add power as the season goes on.

Well I was talking about when the Yanks got Sheff in the first place. I remember there being a player Ca$hman really wanted, but George wanted Sheff. I also remember everyone calling it a mistake to get Sheff and not the other player(can't remember who it was ... was it Vlady?). How could this have anything to do with race? I think Sheff might have just been shooting his mouth off there. Like I said it doesn't matter what Sheff thinks, DGay is the golden boy. He's the captain, the leader, whatever you want to call him. Sheff if you want to be the leader then find yourself a new team, because DGay has that spot on lock.

Jeter is going to be the golden boy in NYC until he retires, maybe until he dies. Gayrod is producing more than you are Gary, and there is only so much room in the news paper. A sad story, but a great story. See Red is right about this one. It's terrible that stories like this get a minute on Sports Center(if mentioned at all) and ESPN spends the rest of the show talking about Sheffiled, TO, and everything else that isn't nearly as important as this. Griffey again shows that he really is one of the good guys in the sports and a story like this just makes me respect him so much more. I think this makes up for the way that the Reds completely boned Danny Graves a little earlier in the season. Great job by everyone that helped this kid out.

I really thought they were gonna finish 3rd in the division this year. I think they've done a really nice job of putting some talent together, and maybe if they can add a few pieces in the off season they can really take a huge step forward. I wouldn't be surprised at all if this team is a serious part of the playoff hunt next year.

He jumped off the roof the first time. You still haven't answered my question. Do you know the definition of the word economics? Because your use of it was way, way, way, way, way off. As far as him having blood tests, those are for his health. No MLB cannot do anything even if HGH if found in his blood because the tests were not taken to see if he was on those drugs. There is a doctor patient priviledge and MLB cannot get around that. They can monitor all they want but they cannot use the results against Giambi. Ask a lawyer ... I did.

Well, I'm 19, I've hardly ever had a "serious" relationship. So I can't really say I know what it's like to be commited to someone and not want to cheat on them. I guess maybe once that happens my opinion may change.

I'm perfectly fine with Boston being #1, but the Packers #1 for NFL ... that's a joke. There are Steeler fans all over the country just like Red Sox fans. Plus there are thousands of fans that travel with the team everywhere they go. Not to mentin 61,000 fans showed up to training camp 2 days ago. Pittsburgh may suck as a sports town as far as baseball goes(can you really blame us?), but we are the best football town. Green Bay can kiss my ass. BTW I love Favre and Green Bay ... but they can still kiss my ass.

Right because I'm the one giving credibility to a guy who cheated, and lied for who knows how many years. Look you have you're opinion and I have mine. I really hope that we're both old enough to have a heated arguement without resorting to calling each other names. Although, you can call me a moron all you want but thats not going to make me agree with you, or stop believing what I believe. Maybe you want to be nieve and pretend that steroids aren't still being used in MLB, but I don't. BTW what do baseball economics have anything to do with Giambi using steroids? Do you even know the definition of the word economics?

Gotcha. I just think that everyone in the country is just used to guys cheating on their wives or visa versa. There are so many divorces now a day that it just doesn't surprise people when things like this happen.

First of all I never said I was a "cool kid" and I never said anyone was "gay". I can understand being unhappy with him for cheating on his wife. I just said that I've never been married so I don't really know if I would do the same thing or not. Is it really worth arguing over what DLowe did with little DLowe?

Obvously he had no intelligence because he used them the first time, so why would you give him the benefit of the doubt the second time?
