Steroid users are not only cheating non users out of games, and championships, but they're cheating them out of money. Pete Rose never cheated anyone out of anything, and the only thing he's guilty of is better on the wrong games. He never cost a team a game because of his gambling, never cost anyone a championship, never cost anyone a pay day. Steroid use is so much more serious than gambling.
