As I recall you brought up the fact that the Yankees are different now than they were at the beginning of the season, which turned the topic toward the past. And as far as the topic of idiots goes. I 100% agree. EDIT: The series is already won, and Minnesota is a weak hitting team. I'll bet Delcarmen gets an inning or two as well.

Good win. Especially with all the distraction. Would have liked to see Delcarmen get his 2nd appearance, but I'm not upset when a "W" goes up in the standings.

Floyd is now in the game in Houston. He pinch-hit for Glavine and stayed in to play the field. The Mets gave him the night off because of lefty vs. lefty match-up.

DPed's jump may be slowed a little by a sore wrist. After getting hit by a pitch in the wrist, he struggled for a bit at Pawtuckett, and now has missed the last two weeks rehabbing it.
