If Wily Mo has a 30 HR/100 RBI season next year, Im pretty sure everyone will be talking about his next step to becoming a powerful middle of the lineup guy. Watch out, next season when he's hitting his fair share of HRs, you might end up cheering him on. I just find it laughable how no one cant come to realization of what 30 HRs/100 RBIs mean. Most fans want to see that out of their players I guarantee he will not be traded, have fun sulking and turning tv off when he's getting the big hits for Boston

Last offseason, the Sox extended Tito's contract through 07 with an option for 08 I believe. The Cubs would need to get permission from the Sox, a lot of boring paperwork issues. IMO The Cubs would be better off anyway going for Joe Girardi
