    There's gotta be some injury that he is hiding. There is hardly any separation in speed between the fastball and the changeup which is disastrous for changeup pitchers, which may signal that there is a problem.

    Yeah I watched the interview with Dan Patrick today, he was pretty pissed at fans who were blaming the labor issue on the players only and how greedy they are, and basically told the fans not to attend the games and crap like that.

    Red Sox related rumors from Gammons' column, not that much news about the Sox this week. - Rockies have contacted the Sox about Shoppach, Red Sox weren't interested in either first baseman Ryan Shealy or pitcher Joe Kennedy. -Doesn't think that Pedroia will be brought up this year since he's not on the 40 man roster. He thinks that they would more likely bring up Hanley if something happened to Pedroia
