  1. Oh, I thought he was there. :dunno: Unless, he is going to be the Red Sox CF, he shouldn't be called up.
  2. Ellsbury is not on the 40 man roster.
  3. Hang 'em, bang 'em.
  4. Jeff Francouer? Manny Ramirez?
  5. Didn't we have ALL the momentum when we played Toronto these last two games? Remind me how momentum works again??
  6. Man, that Barry Bonds would look great in a Boston uniform. Wait, someone feed me the ******** about Bonds ruining team chemistry.
  7. Oh, that explains a lot. I'm guessing you met him some time in 2003?
  8. This is a joke. No way is this a real poster.
  9. No, and this is a stupid point. You should know why. Sure, he can, but it's probably improbable that he will. His WHIP the last two years were 1.32 and 1.47. He's not a 8th inning pitcher anymore. Good velocity, not a lot of movement. Not in these kind of situations. Show that he can pitch well, then he can be elevated.
  10. How is Mike Timlin going to pitch differently? Is he going to throw a slower fastball because he's up by 9? Does he suddenly lose his curveball? That's why.
  11. 14, by Pujols. EDIT* Beat me.
  12. This is probably the stupidest thing I've ever read.
  13. Wow. So this clutch thing.......
  14. Uhh.... Just a little tidbit that you might need to know. Gary Sheffield was the guy who was back at the wall. Not Larry Walker.
  15. 5-2 Guardians.
  16. He is average in the field. Of course you can document this? Quit feeding me your perceptions, they're wrong. C'mon. Do you even know the definition of productive? His career EQA is .243, which is awful. His career average is .243, and his career OBP is .312. We want to replace Pedroia with this guy? Seriously, why? If we are going to upgrade, go get Ray Durham, or Jamey Carroll. Alex Cora is not an upgrade. 120 at-bats.
