    GO DODGERS!!! I am pulling for these guys to win the NL. I can easily root for DLowe, Maddux and Nomar. Ahh, I forgave Little after 04 anyway - and it'd be nice to see Nomah get a championship of his very own. Billy Mueller could get another ring too. GO DODGERS!!!

    I think you can delete your own thread if you want... I'm actually glad I didn't have to watch Petey go down with the Sox. The fact it's happening with the Mets - who grossly went after him with gobs of cash, makes me feel a little better about it. But if I had to watch him go down like this with the Sox I'd really feel bad. There are only a few guys I wish would have retired as a Red Sox, and Petey was one of them. Wouldn't it be a decent career choice if he chose to take 07 off, get his shoulder worked on this offseason and come back his old self (circa 2002) in 2008?
