    I just don't get how people can get so upset about losing 5 in a row to the thumping NY Yankees when just 1 week earlier, the Sox lost 5 in a row to the Royals and Rays. I guess I'm glad I don't live in NE right now. If you couldn't see where this year was heading from day one then you were watching with blinders on all season. And this crazy arguement that "well, we pay this much for tickets wo we're owed this much" is actually quite funny. Since when are the Sox entitled to anything? (or the Pats??).

    If Gonzo goes on the DL, that is too bad. He was having one of his better years. But I don't mind so long as the Sox bring up Pedroia. There's been a s*** load of talk about this kid and I've never seen him play once.

    See? This is all I'm saying. WE DON'T SUCK! We are a good team with some great young tallent. This is evident by the fact we'll probably win 90 games with 5 rooky pitchers and a totally rebuilt infield and outfield (minus Manny and Youk). This year, the Yankees are the better team. As they should be with 90 million more in payroll than us. We do not suck. We are a good team who will get better. Nobody gets this and I'm annoyed.

    Probably has something to do with how long the games were yesterday (game 2 ended at 1am and it's a day game today) and Coco getting a little banged up on that dive in center last night. I still don't get why Wily Mo's not batting 5th though. Anyway, as usual, this one will come down to how well Beckett pitches.
