I'm a huge Romy fan.

I was a little surprised they demoted him that quickly, but they must have felt he needed more time.

I'd promote Romy over KC for 2 reasons. He's more proven, and with Anthony on the 26, KC can't find a position.

I guess I think just considering KC as a ML option hits a nerve.

Yes, he still has issues, and the K issue is front and center, but .900+ is hard to say he's been really 4 times. The 4 really's is what I couldnt let go- not that he's better than Romy or Gasper.

Considered for what? He's an OF only guy and wouldn't play in front of Jones or White. His best spot right now is AAA and working on his hitting every day.

Promotion.  He is saying he would promote Romy before KC, and not needing an OF ("KC cant find a position") was listed as part of the reason why.
