Tyler O’Neill has been very awesome

He has also passed every PED test. BTW, where is that TON basher, anyway?

As I noted, get to Canning early and this game could be done early . Get into the Angels BP and good things can happen for Boston

Canning can get beat early if the batters remain patient. If the Sox can score in 1st , it will bode well.

Seems like it?

Nothing like crushing the home field crowd on Opening Night, showing them the mediocre crap they will endure this year. Angels 4-2 record at expense of Marlins notwithstanding

A lotta lefty bats, and McGuire is catching two straight games. Cora has to do something to start scoring some runs.

Does the nose know or doesn't it? Cora knows baseball, and I am one of the very few who knows he knows.

And no, I absolutely did not expect 4 quick runs tonight. Two dingers by lefty bats McGuire and Casas and one by our best hitter O'Neill.

Now an error by Casas.

They're almost as bad as the Sox.

Hard to believe Judge's OPS is so low with Stanton batting right behind him.

sarcasm.

I don’t want to speculate but that Story injured looked bad

Best case scenario a dislocation and that is 16 week for a non-athlete.

Definitely a dislocated shoulder on that one.

Story has been Mr Glass for a long time now. Just too beat up to stay on the field.

Honestly...the Story acquisition never made sense to me at least as it was described. Lots of cash for a guy who played in light air Colorado the Sox claimed would replace Xander who they did not want to pay??????

Seems like the Sox outthought themselves.

If the shoulder just needs to be popped back into the socket, it shouldn't be a long IL. If that's what it is.

It's not that simple. I had a similar injury, these can take very long to heal. Luckily it's his non throwing arm

I would rather have a separated shoulder popped back in and under a shoulder pad than trying to swing the bat with it.
