Agree. Looked safe to me and even if he wasn’t, not enough to overturn it IMO.

 

Only thing I can figure is they somehow determined that his foot was over but not on the plate.

On the replay I definitely did not think Wong was blocking the plate. He positioned himself off the plate and moved in only when the throw was right over the plate and he had not choice. I think it is possible the tag occurred before the runner's foot touched the plate.
