Nick Pivetta vs Jameson Taillon

Sox have won 3 straight against the Yankees. Lets keep it going. Pivetta needs to bounce back after two rough outings.

I would like to see Duran and Refsnyder in there and not JBJ.

Duran's OPS for July is .600 and he's a liability in the outfield.

On the other hand, five lefty bats in the lineup tonight: Duran, Devers, Dugo (the three D's), Cordero, and JBJ.

Yes, but he is young and could develop into something. JBJ is beyond hope. He stinks.

Juan Soto of Washington is hitting .247 with 19 homers and 42 RBI and he turned down 440 million for 15 years. He and his agent are incredibly stupid. But, I would not want to play in Washington D.C. for 15 more years either. Devers looks at that offer and his eyes light up.

As I posted last night baseball isn't played by geniuses.

No one is pitching to him. He leads the league in walks and has a .405 OBP.

He’s not stupid; but he’s also not a one man team

The other reason for turning down all that money could be that Soto and his agent didn't think Soto was worthy of that large amount. That happens a lot in MLB.

Now that is funny.

Was about to say the same thing. He’s a generation talent and 23 year old superstar. He’s been on base over 1000 times already in his career
