I noticed the Yankems aren't playing today. Kind of strange.

Since interleague play was expanded when the Astros came to the AL, it's not uncommon for teams to have Memorial Day off, just like any other Monday. The 4th of July is on a Monday this year too. I'd be curious to see if anybody has that day off as well

Hill starts with nothing in his tank, really bad opening. He did save one run by beating Mancini home but that play occurred because of his wild pitch

Hill is garbage tonight

Reminds me, I need to take the trash out to the street. When I get back, I hope I don't see us stretching out Rich Hill. This isn't working

Only took Sawanara 2 pitches to clear the bases. Rich Hill's 78 game streak of giving up 4 runs or less is ovah. That was an amazing streak. Edited by SPLENDIDSPLINTER

Losing a series at home to the Orioles is a real momentum stopper

30% of the season is over with this game, and the Sox will remain a sub .500 team. Inconsistent are the performances.

Tyler has definitely Ty'ed up the SOX at the plate. It's not a cliche; good pitching beats good hitting. Fortunately for the SOX there isn't a whole lot of good starting pitching in the AL.

Unfortunately for the SOX they don't have a whole lot of good starting pitching.

This team reminds me of last year. Hot and cold regardless of the team they play. Except they got off to a better start last year and were able to hold on at the end.

Our guys are sleepwalking through this one. I think Hill sunk them early and they aren't in a comeback mood.

Sometimes, Vegas, like tonight, you just have to tip your cap to the opposing pitcher.

Wonder why they insist having Brasier in the team. Maybe it speaks volumes about our pitching in minors.

I would definitely agree with that. And it's been like that for years. Developing pitching in the SOX farm will be Bloom's biggest challenge.

We seem to have a few guys that are doing well and look to be ML ready. For some reason, B loom is waiting them out, and giving everyone a very long leash.
