Aside Braiser who sucks, the BP looks solid.

You may end up being right, but the guy has been pretty good more times than not over the last 4-5 years.

Why is that that freaking Devers can’t cut a swing down and actually stay on the ball! These cold weather games is a recipe for him pulling a muscle and being on the shelf for 6 wks

Devers swings for the fences everytime he swings at a pitch.

Don't change a thing!

I'm convinced teams with a variety of batting approaches win more often.

I remember during the pre-Henry days, we'd lose a lot of games where we outhit the opponents by 4 or more hits.

It's nice to see us pull one out while being outhit 8 to 3.

(And, no taters tots were needed.)

Like I said.

It had the feel of a heartbreaking loss filled with missed opportunities, but Big Nate settled down, and the pen was superb.

Yeah, a top RS priority should be to monkey around with Devers' swing.

His free swinging nature is what makes him great.

It doesn't work for most players, but it helps having a different approach in every line-up.

If the kid had a bad OBP, I'd be worried, but he's at a career .338 mark and has been at .349 since 2019 (ages 22-25.)

Great call by Cora to bring Strahm in for Eovaldi with 2 outs in the 5th.

To date Eovaldi ranks 3d in MLB in pitches thrown with 272. He is 5th in pitches/inning with 18.55. And he is 5th in K's per 9 innings with 11.66.
