Houck seems to be a RH version of Sale. I just hope Houck's arm can hold up. Imho, pitching that way reduces help from the legs and puts a lot of strain on the arm. Not exactly the mechanics employed by Tom Seaver. Edited April 11, 2022 by SPLENDIDSPLINTER

4 base runners in two innings and we get nothing. Houck is not sharp. His movement is so wicked he cannot command it. He’s the “throw it down the middle” and see what happens kind of pitcher with all that movement. Either way, 10 batters through 2 innings and the heart of the order on its way. This is gonna be a pen battle ultimately
