Do you ever learn? These are some of your posts so far this season:

but it’s continuing the alarming trend of 2021 where the Yanks only scored off long balls.

but I’m not liking what I’m seeing out of Hicks. Twice he had easy RBI chances and twice he sucked. His at bats just don’t look good, continuing his putrid performance from the beginning of last year before he needed surgery.

Hicks is absolutely awful.

New year, same ********. Cannot f***ing hit

This team is a bag of s*** offensively. Torres sucks. Hicks is a GB machine. The big guys take too many pitches. This is not a championship caliber offense

No clutch hitting. Swinging for the downs every AB. It’s not baseball. It’s home run derby

All you needed was 2 runs vs the lowly orioles but you couldn’t get that. Joke of a team

This team sucks

There’s a fundamental flaw to this offense. When conditions do not favor the longball, the offense goes silent. They can’t manufacture. They’re allergic to contact. Too many black holes in the lineup.

This team can’t hit

Our offense is hot garbage

I like the scrappy part of our lineup. Not so much the meat and potatoes of the lineup

The offense came together today. I still have my doubts about their long term sustainability vs good pitching. They K far too easily, which makes small ball or manufacturing almost impossible.

Hicks lead the team in OBP at .405, but he sucks over 2 ABs?

Exactly, he's a knee-jerk fanboy like many others.

I grew up a few blocks away from his place on President St in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Rumor has it he had a lion in the basement. Great book about him called "The Mad Ones"

The lion was real , according to the book " The Gang that couldn't shoot straight."

No need to mention names, I think it's fairly obvious.

What's up Babe? It's been a while since your last banning.

Not under this name you haven't, that much is true. You were Billy Williams last time you were here.

Ok, whatever blows your skirt up.

He was a heckuva ballplayer though.

The story around the neighborhood was it was really old and toothless.

Nesty f***ing dominant again. Offense still sleeping, but a win is a win

I fully expected you to go on one of your "this team can't f***in' hit" rants.......

Yanks win again. Sweep the Jays. Now 5 games up in the L column on Tampa and 6 on Toronto (and 11 on the sox, but they are dead). Offense is getting just enough. Seems like a different hero every day. Lots of growth still expected on the offensive side as the weather warms. Taillon was good, pen was dominant again even though Chap gave up his first run in 2022. This team is 15-2 last 17 and have the best record in baseball and it doesn't feel like it. This doesn't look like a team that just got white hot. They have the same approach every time. Good starting pitching, lights out pen, scratch enough offense to have a lead late and lock it down. I said early in the year that this team gave me late 90s Yankees feelings and I still feel that way. Those Yankees weren't bludgeoning teams to death. They knew how to win close games. They knew how to score late. They knew how to hold a lead. This team has the same exact traits

No, you actually claimed this was a joke of a team that sucks.......

I’m getting late 90s vibes from this team. Every starter has been nails. Pen is deep with many options to reliever. Closer is great. Offense gets on base. They have now found ways to manufacture runs, steal bases, get on base and still hit long balls. Their defense has been awesome. They’re a well oiled machine now that the bats have come alive. They’re third in baseball in OPS and second in ERA

See!
