This is a fairly big game for the SOX, because after the ASB they play 18 games vs the Yankems, Jays, and Rays. It would be nice to have a little momentum going into the ASB.

Definitrly! And the Yankees are slowly starting to get on a hot streak now winning 6 of their last 10. Shut out Houston last night. Tampa also is hot right now.

Now doing it to JDM, 4 straight at the bottom, 3 strikes (2 swung at). 5 out of 6 at the bottom of the zone or below, leading to a harmless ground out.

Talk about a contrast in approaches. Pivetta is throwing everything at the top or in the middle of the zone. Finally, low and away for the K.
