That’s a very lousy job by perez after pitching well the first 5 innings. Still seeing the inconsistency from this team. Two hits?

Why have 14 pitchers, if we can't bring in someone decent, when our starter looks to be struggling?

Newsflash: it's always the 6th inning for a couple of our starters.

It appears that asking any starter now of days to go 6 is asking for trouble.

Seems to be. Maybe not the first or second guy but definitely 3, 4 and 5

At least yank the guy at the first sign of cracking in the 6th.

Who's gonna get a base hit frst? Cabrera or Cordero? In fact, Cordero's .155 BA surprised me; I didn't realize it was that high.

Cabrera's next hit will tie Babe Ruth. Cordero's next hit will tie Ruth Buzzy.

Bye Franchy.

The announcers were mentioning that guy the Sox got from the Cards. Give him a chance. He didn’t look like a big stiff like Franchy.

This team is literally s***ing on themselves tonight. If they lose this series. They already dropped a series against the rangers .

You and several others on talksox are under the illusion that starting pitching is irrelevant. But tonight we have seen--so far, anyway--how the difference between starting pitchers can be decisive. The Sox have simply been unable to hit Mize. Their one run was obtained without a hit, and they have 3 singles, period.

More frustrating that we just can’t seem to get it together since that 9 game win streak.

With that said, we have a man on base. Hernandez!

Dalbec continues to be one of the most consistent batters on the Sox. Consistently bad.

American League fans love their DH because pitchers are so awful at the plate.

And I'm here to tell you the Sox have at least two pitchers--Dalbec and Cordero--regularly in the lineup.
