Happ was really good today. This is the guy we got last year. Topping out at 93, lots of movement, hitting corners. He was great today. He’s been better of late

Happ has been amazingly effective vs Red Sox hitters this year. I attribute that to the number of chasers we have who don't recall how he got them out first time around

Right. Happ has nothing to do with it. He was on today and when he’s on, he’s very, very good. Like I said, between this game and his last start against Oakland, he’s pitched 12 1/3 shutout innings and given up 3 hits.

I guess Sean McDonough will return to the EEI radio booth tomorrow. That makes for a real treat for those that have not heard Sean doing a Sox game lately. Well worth tuning in to EEI for the audio feed even if you are "OK" with whatever trash the Networks have going on.
