I would love to have one of our Stat Mastersons to opine on the efficacy of swinging at 3-0 pitches. They are still bein g taken in huge quantities and are often middle-middle midspeed straight balls. Why ?? Are you looking for a walk in lieu of a Johnson or Porcello.

My advice, cue on a zone you like, if you see the ball coming there, swing hard and try to give it a ride. Don't stand there like you know some secret sauce for hitting.
