Huge improvement and motivator. Guarantee about half up front, earn the rest. As rough as the NFL is, it's amazing that their NFLPA hasn't achieved 100% guarantees. Average career , just over 3 years, 4 years for guys who play more than one season

I appreciate what Chavis has done in a year he should have been at AAA. But that AB was awful. At 2-0 he had to be thinking dead red, got it center cut and slighlty down in the zone, his power stroke, then took it.
