Isn't it funny that when a lot of us speak about post WWII RED SOX, it's mainly about hitters and not pitchers. Has any team during that period of time had fewer great pitchers than the SOX?

There usually was one key pitcher on the many rosters but never two or more to basically beat the Yankees. Mel Parnell , Jim Lonborg, Radatz (relief), Clemens, Pedro, Koji, Kimbrel . Now we have Chris Freakin Sale, also for no obvious advantage

What is most frustrating is getting beat AGAIN at Fenway by the McKinney's and Sogards of the world. More runs given up to the bottom of the order guys than can be counted. Cora goes to one of his better (relative term) relievers in Hembree and he has a sucking chest wound. Forces Cora to go to Ryan "Grillman" Weber. That says all you need to know.

Prior to the mid-'70's about the only two pitchers SOX fans spoke about were Parnell and Radatz. But, also, there was that one great year in '67 by Lonborg, before he f***ed himself up skiing.

I fear they will finish ahead of us when all is said and done....

No they won’t, unless there is a total collapse or a fire sale. For whatever reason the Jays have played the Sox tough but not so much the rest of the league.

The BJ's are last in MLB in BA. You'd never know that when they play Boston.

What a clown coaching staff

You know you really are turning into a clown poster. Right now I’m trying to decide who’s worse, you or d-money. Either way, bye-bye.
