LHP David Price (4-2, 3.52) vs RHP Michael Piñeda (4-3, 5.04)

I lost my pants a couple days ago. I, like this team, am officially streaking. They say all good things must come to an end, but let's make history. Win. Dance. Repeat. x7

my pre gam split. I can still do that s***. Hurts now. Used to do it so easy when I was in Tae Kwon Do.

C'mon man, you can't do an upright handstand while doing a full scrotum stretch???

Hard to tell from the picture but I'm too fat for handstands now lol. Used to be able to do those suckers no problem.

I've never been that flexible. I usually do a pregame dance or two but I'm resting my knee before walking about 7-8 miles every day for the next 5 days. Way too young to have bad knees, but yet sometimes one of them feels like acting up

7-8 miles?!?!?! Damn! That's a lot of walking. Holy smokes.

I understand the knee problem. I sit at a desk all day and sometimes at the end of the day my knees are killing me from being bent for hours on end.

Walking 18 holes keeping score for PGA Tour pros... The fun of it certainly takes away from the drain that each day is

As I post this both Betts and Beni have the exact same BA--.266.

That’s sick. If we can get those guys to start hitting our lineup would be so much better.

Price should give the Sox the edge, but will he? That is one of the great imponderables for any MLB game, but especially for the Sox this year. As Forest Gump used to say, "the Sox rotation is like a box of chocolates."

Not so much the bullpen, however. In the last six games they have been astoundingly good--except for Smith last Sunday. But even then 2 of the 3 runs he gave up were unearned.

What's so great about this series and this game tonight is that it's kind of like September in June. All games count the same, but some games and some series count more when you are paying attention.

I trust Price will be solid tonight. Outside of his last start he has been nothing short of incredible this year and I think he had an ERA of 2.75 or something until his last start. He usually rebounds very nice after a s*** start like that. Hopefully he can give us 6 solid innings. We would be foolish to think we will hold Minnesota scoreless 2 games in a row so hopefully the bats show up as well.

This team better come out hungry tonight. No letup. We have mentioned that a ten game winning streak would put us within striking distance. The Red Sox are in a position to do exactly that. No dumb plays in the field.. good smart and aggressive base running. Couple that with some timely hits. Let's make the Tampons & Skanks sweat a bit.
