I think these types of games often set the pace to a season's ending. It gives a team the feeling they are never out of it. It gives a team momentum going forward.

 

And of course, it gives us a big WIN to keep pace with the Rays and Yanks. (The Astros lost.)

Marco is beloved by the team you can see it .We are still a close team .Win this series and shut up the doubters including myself .I still think we need more pop and a BP arm .I am optimistic when these areas are secured .We are fully capable of sweeping the twins so do it .

We stole a game, don't matter how bad team was, losing that game would have been a lot worse. The win was expected, because of Opponent. Losing is hell of a lot worse, to that team. If you watched the game, O's had tons of chances to win it and they didn't, before the bottom of the 8th. Going into the 8th the O's were 1-15 with RISP.

Don't go by Opponent in this game, go by attitude. They didn't give up.

Hernandez HR was the biggest HR of the season up to this point.
