If he was caught with his hand in the cookie jar, he would have been suspended.. even Rob Manfred confirmed this. A far cry from the 27 Yankees that have ties to Steroids since 1996.. far an away the most of any one MLB team.

JD looks like he threw in the towel with his last at bat... then he looked annoyed. The going thru the motions trash is becoming infectious and that is a coaching issue. I mentioned this in the last game thread but Cora needs to take some heat for this.

He treated April like spring training and it bit him in the ass. Now, his team has had a bounce back May, but hasn't recovered enough to be relevant against an upstart Yankee squad. Cora ABSOLUTELY takes the blame here. He changed what worked in a year that he won the title. You don't ease off the pedal, you double down and do the same damn thing. His inexperience in coaching showed

He's trying to do too much. Betts won the MVP by trusting his lineup behind him. He is becoming a good player by trying to do everything else

Ironic that St. Louis's 4th line gets their first to make it 4-1 against the Bruins top offensive line, and top defense pairing. I seriously hope the Bruins win the Cup for a lot of reasons , but one is so Chara can retire a champion.
