Skanks won a ton of Chips in the Mantle era, great.. good for them. The last five that they won were completely rounded the EFF out from Jim Leyritz, Pettitte to Clemens, Giambi, A-Roid and Cano. Heck, even Denny Neagle was caught... factor in the non sense with Jeffrey Maier... a kid gives Jeter a HR vs Baltimore, CLEARLY... and he is the toast of NY, he’s on Late night with David Letterman and on the Today show... it’s comical.

 

And from the look of most of the current Yankees, with their bloated heads, old habits die hard.

I'm pretty happy about the last 2 years, especially when we went full tank mode in 2016. But the drought from 13-16 really sucked. We want to win titles in NY. Winning one then failing miserably would not sit well
