This is the same s*** you spew last season.

You know it’s a different year right? What happens last year is last year.

It’s the same crap Mr. Twitter spews all the time. You can always tell when the Sox are losing; the number of d-money posts increases exponentially. Luckily I no longer see them except if somebody responds with quote.

Give me a break mr pom poms. Try being objective for once. Criticism doesn’t make me less than a fan.

Well, now I can just watch the Blues/Sharks game to see if the Bruins will be playing sometime this month for the Cup. E-Rod is so inconsistent! He is either good or he stinks. Tonight he stinks and the offense left some runs out there in the first few innings. This game is over now.

Mookie can't hit unless he has JD protecting him.

The actor in your avatar most likely wouldn't have made it big if Charles Bronson hadn't turned down Sergio Leone's offer to play the 'man with no name' in Leone's spaghetti westerns. Bronson told Sergio "I'm not going to ruin my career appearing in spaghetti westerns." A few years later Bronson starred in Leone's ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE WEST. I guess Charlie had a change of heart.

Sox being very considerate tonight--to the home team and to us Sox fans who can get to bed at a decent hour in full confidence this game is over.

Mr Ballgame, I've recorded the hockey game to watch later. I'd be much obliged if you wouldn't post any scores. Thank you.

I won’t tell you the score but be a happy camper for now.

So Thornburg is still in the BP, and still walking leadoff hitters----for now. There is an audition going on Tyler, and you are not helping yourself.

Changeups can be good anytime, just not all the time. Too many changeups tonight.

The change is only a useful pitch if you can throw it on the outer third of the plate to the hitter or low and inside off the plate. He can't really see it that well out there and it is difficult to time it. But for the LH pitcher to throw it to the outer third to the LH hitter he has to throw it across the plate. There are so many places in that situation where he can throw a meatball its not even funny. That pitch ERod threw was three inch inside at least at the hands and it was still a meatball. Out over is a meatball...just anything other than low and inside off the plate to the LH hitter or outer third to the LH hitter from LH pitcher is a meatball and again to get it to the best spot to the LH hitter, outer third, the LH pitcher has to throw it across the plate.

Poor Tyler. He had a hamburger(the Thornburger) waiting to be named after him and he blew it.

That’s the ERod i know. Too inconsistent will be the story of this season for this team.

EROD's one consistency is the inabilty to deal with adverse conditions that materialize during his pitching stints. Pitching with 2 outs also seems to bother him . When he goes, he blows. That is why Cora came out to talk to him before he eventually blew it all tonight. This is not a high leverage, focused individual.

What inept pitching. 16 pitches, 2 walks, a hit, a run, no one out, the game going away very rapidly.

23 pitches and no outs, 2 runs across. The Sox cannot afford to carry any players who bring nothing to the game. Tyler may be suffering from his physical limitations after surgery, but feel free to retire if you can't do it anymore.

After tonight it will be 6 games in the loss column. Still got a tough schedule ahead while the skankees play cup cakes.
