Cuevas won't even get a shower before he is on the bus back to Pawtucket. Some fresh limp noodle will be called up tomorrow. Sale, Pom, wet noodle.

Cuevas was added as the 26th man for the doubleheader; he's going back anyway. Sale will be activated and (probably) Workman goes down.

The point being that the games now are every bit as important as the ones in September. Win now.

He rolled the dice with the kid in the 8th with no one warming. If your gonna do it to try and save some pen might as well do it against the O’s which is basically like pitching in AAA

And my point was that attitude is one reason the Sox blew that lead 40 years ago.

This game is like walking in a dark alley in Tijuana. You don't know which mexican is going to ruin or save your day. Cue the racism remarks in 3,2,1....

Why even post s*** like that unless you're a dotard?

He's trying to provoke a reaction; don't humor him with one.

Yup. I typed an essay response 20 minutes ago and deleted it. Not worth it.

Sweeping a doubleheader is never easy.

We have Sale tomorrow. We may have 100 wins before September

Actually, as I posted earlier, going into today's games, the O's had the highest team BA in the league since the ASG. They were 6 and 6. No question, this SOX team has been amazing.

Kimbrel is one scary closer.

Maybe his agent needs to remind him that the big pay check next season is earned by not given my up tons of runs this season.

Crack me up on this place you want perfection, not going to happen. Ever. Win and move on. You lose you get stronger, and build on it.

Actually, they want perfection to start with, and then improvement from there.

The funny thing is, we're playing pretty close to perfect ball and have Sale, ERod and maybe others (Kinsler, Wright, Vaz & Swihart) coming off the DL soon.

Hard to see how we can get any better, but just sayin'...
