It’s a problem when 3 guys get called out on clear balls and no edge is given to our pitchers. It’s not a personal issue, it’s a clear f***up on the umpires. I’m hoping the home plate ump gets demoted. I wonder if he’s Cora’s long lost cousin

On the contrary...I am watching and loving it. Yes, those pitches were a little outside, but the batter cannot allow the ump to decide the game. You guys know whats being called a strike but instead of trying to spoil those pitches you are letting the ump call you out. Its bad umpiring...but the Yankees are playing stupid baseball.

If we've learned anything about the 2018 Red Sox, never give up on this team. This team has frustrating games as any team does, but man are they a fun group of guys to watch. There are so many guys doing good things tonight. Its been great to watch.

The batter should expect a rather standard strike zone. Didi’s Ball was way down. Stanton’s Ball was high and in. Gardner’s was away by a lot. This is a full inning of ours. Either way, our pitching has sucked, but taking a full inning away from us will limit our ability to get runs

Its never a *standard* strike zone. All you can hope for is consistency, and the outside call has been consistent. Strike one to Benni is an example.
