SSS. But from what I've seen of this Twins' BP, Rodney, the closer, may be the most hittable.

Mejia would be my choice if wee could pry him loose. He is shutting down our lineup.

Catches like JBJ made, make Pitchers work harder. Knowing they got their Backs covered. You got to have your mind right, in this game.

Kimrel is wild again. Please don't blow this one.

I was not wild about getting Eovoldi, but he looked darned good today.

He has great stuff when he’s on. Power pitcher. Would love to improve his numbers on the road.

Just saw a stat on NESN. Sox are 41 games over .500 for the first time since September 27, 1946. So not only did they reach a point they haven’t been at since WW2, they did it almost two full months earlier.

This is what he does. When he’s on, he’s amazing. He’s got amazing stuff. He’s prone to the big inning and he sometimes just doesn’t show up at all

And our manager will not take him out at 75 pitches and 5 innings after giving up 1 hit. Girardi's handling of him was ridiculously robotic.

I don’t know much about this pitcher. Is he capable of 9 shut out innings lol?

Well he didn’t quite make 9 but damn was he good!!!

Actually, that was the last time they were at least 41 above (9/29 technically) and they were 54 games above .500 then, they reached 41 over .500 on July 27th that year

Kind of like Severino, I think, especially the "prone to the big inning and he sometimes doesn't show up at all." Or so it has seemed in July.
