The only thing stupider tonight than Bogey trying to score on Judge is Cora starting Nunez instead of Holt. For stupidity, that's hard to beat.

You can almost see the Boston hitters mistakenly saying, let's just get it over with and swing away. Bogaerts, Moreland and Nunez were asleep at the wheel. Bad idea to let it run through the dugout. Sale is not pitching a complete game and hold on to Kimbrel for a series winner tomorrow night.

Can't figure it out either. Not like Nunez is younger, faster or a better hitter or fielder. Must be a story somewhere in there. Nunez should get a week off to rest a la Cora's tactics . Maybe Holt eats too much at the postgame buffet and Cora can't get to the trough
