Bradley is horrible again...golfing at the third pitch then taking two right down broadway. Horrible.

In his first AB, he pulled his head off the 3rd strike on the the swing. No chance at all.

 

Swihart needs to hit or Cora made a bad gamble.

He is good, but not great, in CF defensively. There are several better defensive CFs in MLB. His horrible and uncoachable very offensive offense can't possibly make up for whatever good his defense brings to this team. Castillo's problem is his salary cap issues.

Something has to be done. The fact that he's still getting as many starts as he's getting is very puzzling to me. Before, he'd be in a hole and people would be like trade him, then he'd dig himself out and people would be like, don't trade him, he's one of the best cf's in the game. Well, now he's not digging himself out of it. I'd rather have Benny in CF who is decent enough and then put maybe Swihart in LF. The fact that the RS keep trotting Bradley out there should be offensive to RS fans.

Colby is pitching a great game. But he is getting a lot of help from behind home plate too. He is getting pitches called strikes that have taken the chance of hitting him from possible to improbable at best.

Benny is a good enough athlete in CF. Swihart/Holt would be an upgrade as a hitter over Bradley. You can't just make it in the bigs with just your glove.

It's totally believable with the lineup we have in the game. How many games would this lineup win? Got to score to win and we are now down to three good hitters in the lineup and maybe one of them is hot right now. I wonder about the Cora philosophy at times. Yes we have won a lot of games but lets try not to lose games that we should win.

He's actually dug himself out before only to fall flat on his face in the postseason. I just don't trust him as a hitter overall in key spots or in the playoffs no matter what side of a streak he's on.
