Looks like the Cubs are going to have to exorcise their demons directly, just like we had to in the 04 ALCS. We had to face our choke against NYY and overcome it, and the Cubs are going to have to face their historic problem with sudden death chokes in elimination games.

And they actually CAME BACK from the signature Cubs epic last minute choke. When does THAT ever happen?

I am surprise i haven't seen any earthquakes or volcanic eruptions since the cubs won the world series. The end's near. On a serious note. Congrats to cubs fans!!!!!

 

Ironic that tito francona was part of a 3-1 comeback in the 2007 ALCS with the red sox against the Guardians and 9 years later he's part of the Guardians and they blow a 3-1 lead in the world series. Lol. Crazy stuff.

Tito has been part of two big comebacks and two huge collapses. Coming back from 3-0 and 3-1 against the yankees and Guardians and the Guardians choking a 3-1 series lead in the world series. Last thing off course the chicken and beer team of 2011. Who can forget that debacle.
