His OP for the game thread was one of best I've ever seen. This dude legit makes me laugh at how dumb these jokes are.

Agreed. Same here.

While Fenway Park filled with a "We want A-Rod!" chant in the ninth inning, Yankees manager Joe Girardi was unmoved when asked for his reaction. "I don't know, how am I supposed to react?" Girardi said. "It is part of it. I'm sure I'm going to hear it. But I have to do what I think is best." A-Rod didn't play

I am waiting for that nice 7 or 8 inning well pitched game from pomeranz. Not 5 or 6 innings.

Ditto! Tomorrow will be the night

I'm glad Farrell pulled Kimbrel, a lot of managers wont pull their closer when he's struggling and will ride or die with him. We can't afford that s***.
And reports are that Kimbrel experienced more knee soreness in tonight's outing.

I went to bed when after Kimbrel threw a few pitches, knowing the Sox had this one in the bag, and I'm glad I did.

I know agree with the premise that Farrell probably needs to use his bullpen more, but the reality is it's hard to be sure which among them can be trusted. Indeed, the Cubs had a pretty good bullpen--and a good rotation--before they acquired the big guy from the Yankees, so it's pretty clear Joe Maddon believes you can't have too many good arms in the bullpen because you need to use them in just about every dam game.

NOw NY is saying it has to be to the right of the line, can't touch the line... WTF kind of logic is that? Since when? That's not how any foul pole anywhere works... ********.

No, but it is how every yellow line works.

Iortiz, where you at?!?

Lol.

Who was it that bet that Porcello would not have an ERA under 4.0 for 2016?

That bet is looking like a bad one now.

iortiz is an excellent betting man. Last year, he cleaned up on that bet. This year he did not make many bets on this.
